Terms of purchase
By submitting your order you approve the purchase as well as our terms of purchase and delivery.

General corporate information is run by Studea AB under corporate identity number SE556844-1322. The Company has a tax clearance certificate (F) and complies with Swedish legislation.

General terms
Trollingcenter (Studea AB) Trollingcenter complies with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. To purchase products from us you must be at least 18 years old or have approval from a parent or legal guardian.

How to order
You can submit your order via our Web store, telephone or e-mail. If you order via the Web store you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you submit an erroneous order please notify us as soon as possible.

Minimum order value
Your order must reach at least 300 SEK (incl. VAT) to be processed.

Prices and product photos
All product prices are listed in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT. The cost of freight, which depends on the delivery option you select, is not included in product prices listed. We at Trollingcenter do our utmost to render the products realistically in the Web store. We are not liable for possible errors in the product information and we reserve the right to alter product information and prices without previous notification.

We are not liable for price adjustments, sold out products, stock discrepancies, technical problems, alterations in technical specifications and possible typographical errors on our side. We reserve the right to cancel erroneous orders.

Payment options
When paying for your order, you have the following options:

Credit card: Our credit card payments are handled by Payson; one of Sweden’s leading companies for payments online. To ensure that your payment is quick and secure, your card number is sent directly to your bank via encrypted traffic, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Trollingcenter (Studea AB) does not store any information about your credit card.

Payment in advance via Swish: Advance payment is only possible if you have a Swedish Swish account. Payment via Swish is the quickest and most simple payment method. The payment transaction is instantaneous. That means that we can process your order and send it faster. The order confirmation, which you receive via e-mail, contains the registered Swish account of our Company:  12345 12885. Add your name and your order number as reference when paying.

Payment in advance via bank: This option allows you to pay via your Internet bank, or to instruct your bank to make the payment. If you have a Swedish bank account, our bank giro account is 5558-2555, Studea AB. If you are ordering from outside Sweden, your order confirmation e-mail will contain our Swift and BIC codes, enabling payment. We will process and dispatch your order as soon as we have received the payment.

Cash on Delivery: This payment option is only possible if you have a Swedish address. The Cash on Delivery option means that you pay for your order when you pick it up at PostNord or the authorized agent. Cash on Delivery is not a possible payment option if you select PostNord Parcel (previously called Företagspaket).

Payment in person: At our store in Axvall you can pay via credit card, Swish or cash. 

Delivery time

Trollingcenter is renowned for speedy deliveries! Our goal is to dispatch your order on the day you submit it, or the day after at the latest. (Monday-Friday, Bank Holidays excepted). PostNord’s delivery time is approximately 1-2 days if residing in Sweden. Orders sent to other countries will take some more days. If we anticipate that your order will be delayed we will notify you.

Rush orders
If you need your order delivered urgently, let us know via the Web shop message field at the checkout. We will not charge you extra for a rush order  – it is a service you can take for granted.

Trollingcenter cannot be held responsible for delivering sold out or obsolete products.

SMS notification
IMPORTANT: If you want to be notified about your delivery via SMS you should provide your mobile phone number in the Trollingcenter Web shop.

Unclaimed parcels
Unclaimed parcels will be retained 14 days at PostNord or the local authorized agent.

Delivery delays
Trollingcenter contacts you if your delivery has been delayed for some reason. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If a delivery is substantially delayed you have the right to annul your purchase.

Trollingcenter is not liable for compensating you if circumstances prevent us from delivering, for example if a supplier fails to live up to their commitments to us.

Delivery and freight options
Our products are delivered by PostNord. (The Scandinavian Postal Service). Within Sweden all orders are sent via parcel post (My Pack Collect) Orders sent to other countries also have the option of letter post if the packet weighs under 2 kilos.

Order tracking

If you want to be able to trace your parcel or letter, select one of the following delivery options: Parcel Post Domestic, Europe or international. Other options are Registered Mail or even Cash on Delivery if residing in Sweden.

Parcel Post Domestic, Europe or international
Every parcel is traceable. Parcels will be retained up to 14 days by the countries post office or local authorized agents. You will be notified when your package has arrived

  • via SMS if you provided a mobile number when placing your order,
  • via e-mail if you provided your e-mail address but not a mobile phone number.

You can select the Parcel Post Domestic, Europe or International option for orders weighing up to 20 kilos, which length does not exceed 150 cm. This requirement applies for deliveries within Sweden. Other requirements may apply outside Sweden. We will contact you if there are any discrepancies.

Additional PostNord parcel options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Select this option if you want to pay for your order at the delivery outlet (PostNord or the local authorized agent). You select the service option in the delivery module when submitting your order. PostNord charges for this additional service. This option is only for orders delivered within Sweden, submitted by private individuals.

International Letter
Orders weighing 2 kg or less can be sent as a letter. The length + width + thickness of the letter must not exceed 900 mm.  Bulky letters which do not fit through the mail slot must be picked up at The Post Office or the local authorized agent. Letters are retained at the delivery point for 14 days before being returned to Trollingcenter. If you want to track your delivery, select Registered Mail or parcel post instead.

Additional PostNord service options for International Letters:

Registered Mail: You select this additional service in the delivery module when placing your order. You can track your delivery. PostNords charges extra for this additional service. You pay the total cost of the order and the additional service charge to Trollingcenter. This service is applicable for deliveries throughout the world.

Substitute products

If the product/s you have ordered are sold out we do not automatically substitute another product without consulting you first.

Unclaimed parcels

If you have not picked up your delivery within 14 days of it arriving to your collection point it is sent back to us.  Trollingcenter will invoice you the freight cost and any additional PostNord service charges, including a 200 SEK handling fee.

In the event of a dispute, we act in accordance with the recommendations of National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Warranties, complaints and returns
Trollingcenter complies with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
Trollingcenter provides a one-year manufacturing warranty. Certain products have longer warranties due to particular manufacturer or supplier terms. In order for the warranty to be valid, products must be handled in the manner prescribed, and which can be considered normal for the product in question.

Compensation claims for flawed or damaged products should be made within a reasonable time (within two months) after you have noticed the flaw or damage.

As customer, you have the right to annul the purchase and return a delivery within 14 days, provided that the product remains in its original package with unbroken seals, that the product has not been used, that the product is undamaged and that all markings, product information etc. remain. Personalized items such as customized clothing may not be returned for a refund.

Trollingcenter needs to verify that the return is valid and that the withdrawal period has not been exceeded. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and for the product itself until it reaches us. Returns may not be sent as Cash on Delivery.

The order number or receipt for your paid product are valid as a warranty certificate.

  • Trollingcenter pays return delivery costs in connection with compensation claims.
  • The customer pays return delivery costs for withdrawn purchases.
  • The customer pays return delivery costs in connection with exchanging products.

Transportation damage
Visible damage: If your parcel appears damaged, you should fill out a claims form at the PostNord office or local authorized agent before accepting the consignment.  If the parcel is delivered to your address, fill out a claims form before accepting the consignment from the delivery firm representative.

Concealed damage: If you did not notice the transportation damage before bringing the parcel home, return the parcel and packaging immediately to the  PostNord office or local authorized agent, where you will be asked to fill out a claims form.

In the event of damage, Trollingcenter needs to be notified within three days after you have received your delivery (, tel: +46 (0)722-22 61 22).

A damaged product is refunded after we have received it and accepted your claim. If you paid via credit card for your order the refund will be paid to the card. If you paid via Swish, Cash on Delivery or in advance we will need your account information to execute the refund.

Security of payment
Your card payments are handled by Payson; one of Swedens leading companies for payments online. To ensure quick and safe payment via the Internet, your credit card number is sent to your bank via encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  Trollingcenter (Studea AB) does not store or handle information pertaining to your credit card.

Personal data
We never provide, show, sell your personal data or share it with others. We only provide your data to a third party if doing so is required in connection with processing your order.

By submitting your order you approve that we store your information so that we can process your order. We store your contact details, such as your e-mail address so that we can inform you of new future products. Your e-mail address will not be shared with third parties.

You have the right to know which information we have stored about you. You also have the right to demand that the information be corrected or removed if it is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant.

Trollingcenter is not liable for erroneous content or prices in our Web shop.
